After my years of training and amazing opportunities working on the sets like Muscle & Fitness, Reps, Iron Man, Maximum Fitness, Men’s Workout, Golds Gym, Nordic Track, Icon Fitness and featured on Fox news for heart rate monitor training methods, I have built this website to share the success equations I have used on clients and myself with you.
I have learned a ton of secrets and unlearned even more through my years in Hollywood resulting in my new calling in life, sharing this information with the world under the umbrella name; “KIMMERLEPLAN.” Content is provided by myself, Michelle LeSueur and invited specialists in their respected fields. This is a site where you can follow simple information to change your reality in a big way!
What is the KIMMERLEPLAN?

When you join, you will receive, newsletters, access to over 350 videos, a calculator that tells you how much to eat and what your heart rate should be during cardio and training and meal plans that you can choose from using the results from the calculator. You get tons of workouts and over 350 videos to support it all. There are informational blogs, tips and faqs and it is all updated weekly. Joining the Kimmerleplan also gets you access to TEAM DK on facebook, this is a closed group unsearchable on facebook for members only where pictures of heart rate monitor screens show efforts for accountability, questions are answered and motivation is given and received.
Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, increase performance, or be motivated; it is my duty to give you exactly what you need and I take it personal. It was not easy for me to make the cover over 50 magazine and book covers in the last 4 years and whatever goal you have it will not be easy either. There are over 350 hundred exercise videos uploaded and more coming. These videos range from short 30 second exercise examples, to hour long episodes where you can take the time to learn what an hour of training with “David” is like. These videos are not just me, but real clients of mine that allow me to shoot our efforts. There are streaming train-along videos with full body workouts and metabolic training (HIIT). You just hit play, warm up and train along with the images you see; keeping your heart rate the same or better. There are many variations of the main exercises to account for those with injuries and mobility issues.
You will find several types of diets to choose from. If you would like to try carb cycling, you will find several options that are gender specific and weight loss or gain oriented. There are fasted and regular diet plans, but this is just the start. You choose the plan that works for you, go over to the meal plan options and choose from the number of pre written diets with calories. If you do not see one that you like, which is not probable, you can change it up with a similar meal you see on another diet or follow my directions on how to use the livstrong.com calculator and create your own redundant simple meals following the protocol of the diet plan you have chosen.

You will find plenty of great reading that is scientifically based and researched to give you the best possible presentation of that point of view, as well as information on issues many deal with day to day from educated people in their field.
There are many workouts to choose from, no matter your ability. We are firm believers that the basics need to be adhered to. I love switching up my training to keep my body guessing so expect that to be the case for you too, but they are basic changes. I am in the business of performance, body modification and transformations. The workouts I write are meant for exactly that and if followed properly, they can produce a six pack you can sell!!!
You will find a BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) & heart rate calculator that is designed to give you a good idea of individual daily nutritional needs based on the information you provide. You choose how many meals you would like to eat during the day and the calculator will break down your required intake per meal on a descending scale (less calories in the pm in comparison to the am). If that’s not enough, we even integrated a Heart Rate calculator to help you figure out your basic zones; fat burning, cardio and anabolic threshold. Knowing these numbers helps you hold yourself accountable for every rep and step ensuring that your efforts are educated. There are lists of GI (glycemic index) foods, and basic food lists that has calories, protein, fat and carbs. This list is provided to you to eliminate excuses; if there is something you don’t like in your meal plan you can switch it out, or better yet, you can create your own.

Supplements ARE for everyone! We believe in taking a vitamin and essential oils. Also, a simple investment in the basics of supplementation can help improve ones performance and results enough to share our opinions to the world knowing that there are many skeptics out there that will say otherwise. We do not use steroids, so we have had to figure out the correct blends of the “Muscle Building and Fat Burning” supplements to compete with them either on set or on stage; and David does it for a living. Imagine what a few time tested suggestions would do for you and your training. NOW, for the record, some are a total waste of money and others are essential. Understanding this, ethically we suggest the supplements we have taken or are taking. Besides, we have guinea pigged ourselves on almost everything that made sense or that we have researched. We take into account price, quality and the goal when making my suggestions. We also have an amazing Nutritionist, Michelle LeSueur, who has formulated supplements and will give you her two cents on valuable information.
