How do you know how many calories to eat if you do not know how many calories you are burning?

DO I know how many calories a day I am burning with results from a medically backed device ie. dexa scan, heart rate monitor, hydrostatic test?
Do I know how many calories I am burning during my workout and cardio sessions, real time; activity trackers ie. FitBit, Jawbone and others like the Apple Watch are not accurate?

Everyone trying to lose weight or gain muscle….. has always had to use a “map” or “advice” given to them by a trainer, book or online site; it was as accurate as it could be.
Now that everyone has access to a cheap GPS ie. heart rate monitor to help them burn fat and build muscle more accurately, it is my strong opinion that they purchase one from me, join the membership group and use this site to help them transform to the body they want faster .

Figure out how many calories you burn a day by wearing a heart rate monitor for 24 hours, you do not workout or perform cardio on this day; just a normal chil day.
The heart rate monitor will total your calories burned on the day and that total is what you work with to lose or gain weight.
You can also take a DEXA scan and compare it to your results from the heart rate monitor to make sure your Resting Metabolic Rate is accurate (how many calories you burn a day chilling) I suggest this, it is only $50 or so.
It also gives you your heart rate zone numbers that you can use while training or performing cardio.
Meal plans, pick a plan that is close to the numbers given to you by the calculator.
You should pick a plan that is short by 100 – 200 calories, so you can add in 100-200 calories in condiments dressings .
The pre and post workout meals can be moved accordingly to your schedule.
I highly suggest eating a total of 500 calories less a day than you burn on a relaxed day, ie. Resting Metabolic Rate.
Eating less 500 calories a day than you burn is an easy way to burn 1 lb of fat a week without hurting your metabolism.
To lose 1 lb a week from training and cardio, burn 4500 calories total a week in less than 10 sessions; your watch will add this up for you.
