Fill out the calculator and it will suggest an amount of calories you can consume based on your goals. It also gives you your heart rate zone numbers that you can use while training or performing cardio.
Go to meal plans and pick a plan that is close to the numbers given to you by the calculator. You should pick a plan that is short by 100 – 300 calories, they are written that way so you can add in condiments and dressings . The pre and post workout meals can be moved accordingly to your schedule.
