When I turned 30, my reality was a fat, broke, single and depressed one. Looking for answers to my self-esteem and health issues, I stumbled into a supplement store asking for advice on how to change my body as fast as possible! I started with telling him about all the great foods I was eating and how amazing my workouts were for several minutes while he just smiled and waited for me to shut-up; when I finally did, he asked me some simple questions.

I responded several times with all kinds of fancy words and senses of accountability, like a wet shirt or sore muscles, and again he just smiled at me until I answered “I do not know.”
Then he asked me, how do you know if you are building muscle or burning fat or burning muscle?

I finally got it! He was trying to get me to understand that even if I had a great diet or workout plan, how would I know if it was right for me if I did not have accountability in my calories burned? How could I adjust my training or my diet if I did not know what kind of calories I was burning; sugar, fat or muscle?
He then explained to me that there was new technology in the form of a heart rate monitor helping people know how many calories they are burning during any activity. The user can adjust their effort by the second to burn fat or build muscle and with the results they can adjust their total caloric consumption for the day. There is over 400 videos in the membership site to use as reference, ranging from how to different exercises to how to make kefir; you can also train with us by just clicking play and following along in your living room. These videos range from 25 seconds to over an hour long, use them to stay empowered, educated and entertained.

Use the calculator to determine the calories needed for your goal. Head over to the prewritten meal plans that thousands have used to change their health and bodies. These meal plans have been written to gain muscle and lose fat, supplementation is provided and more are being uploaded weekly.
